Lifesaving is Terrigal Surf Club’s core focus and therefore the education and training of our members is vital. From your Bronze Medallion, which is the basic level for all lifesavers, you can specialize in a number of different areas. Whether you are patrolling, competing, managing, instructing or coaching, there are education courses that are conducted by Terrigal Club, Central Coast Branch or NSW Surf Life Saving that will develop your skills and knowledge.

The instructional team of Terrigal is comprised of volunteers from a variety of backgrounds and experience and all of whom are trained to the highest standards and quality. They are responsible for all classes held within the club, including nipper education, Bronze squads, IRB crew and driver training and the yearly proficiencies which keep the lifesavers up to date in the latest training.
